Off Our Plan: Dan Shui

Dan Shui was not in our plan but because of the bad weather in Yang Ming Shan we had some time to spare.

There’s nothing much at the old street except some souvenir shop and food stalls!

While walking towards the Fisherman’s Wharf we saw two pet pigs! This is one of them and gosh, they are huge! I once had thoughts of owning a mini pet pig but after seeing this, erm, I love Barley! HAHA.

Dan Shui is also famous for taking wedding pictures! At this spot, there were five couples! Yes, a whooping FIVE! Three at the lower level, one at the top level, and another who was just about to leave! We only captured three couples! I think it is actually too gloomy for wedding pictures! I love colours!

We walked off the main street and ended up at some ulu place! Even after walking for almost two hours we were nowhere near fisherman’s wharf. We took our time and this slowed us down further! It reads “slowly slowly”. HAH.

We walked the distance just to see this Lover’s bridge! OMG! HAHA.
