Visited Spruce at Old Fire Station at Upper Bukit Timah one weekday afternoon for lunch and love every bit of it! Would like to go back for their weekend brunch! I think it’s because there are hardly anyone on a weekday afternoon, the food was really good, the plating was nice, the service was attentive and ambience was perfect. We love that each dish was made with love and each was a rather healthy and well balanced dish.

The roast chicken was grilled to perfection, the broccolini is yummy and their mash potato is too good!

I’ve not tasted pork ribs with such special sauce before! I’m not sure what exactly goes into it, probably some spices and mustard? All I know is that it’s good.

Wanted a dessert which is light after our heavy meal. Their apple pie with vanilla ice cream is lovely.

It was a great lunch with good food, ambience, service and company. I’m a happy girl!
