Grub at Bishan Park

Last weekend, we headed to Grub at Bishan Park for brunch. It was a cosy and pretty cafe tucked in the middle of the greeneries in the park. We got there at 11.30am and were asked to enter our contact number in the iPad provided.

This system is excellent and it allows us to tour the park instead of waiting outside the cafe. The system also gave us a call from the automatic system when it’s our turn and we even get to key in the option of (1) we will be there immediately, (2) we will take 5 mins to walk back or (3) to cancel our reservation. Bravo! This system saves manpower and provide additional hassle free service!

Here are the delightful dishes that we tried! Yum!

Truffled Egg Cocotte with crispy parma ham and toasted focaccia  at SGD 7. This is really good, love the combination of truffle oil, parma harm and soft boil eggs. But it is a little pricey given the portion!

Grub breakfast set with beef sausage at SGD 15. The beef sausage is chewy, bursting with flavours and really good.

Grub Cheeseburger at SGD 11. We opted for mash potato instead of fries (who eats fries for brunch!) and it was good. You can taste the actual potato bits. The beef patty is juicy and fresh but the portion is so small! Am I becoming a eating monster! Haha.

The serving does look small! But most importantly, is it worth the visit? :)
